Let’s make it
Check the frozen berry package: use only berries marked suitable to eat without cooking. If the label requires cooking, follow it and chill the berries safely before blending.
Put berries, banana, yogurt, and milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. Add a splash of water for a thinner drink.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
