Let’s make it
Whisk cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, and water in a small saucepan to make a smooth paste.
Slowly whisk in milk. Warm over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring, until hot but not boiling.
Stir in vanilla. Divide between two mugs and allow to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
